At Jessie's Pressies, we aim to deliver your handmade items safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.


1. Processing Times

  • Personalised products are typically processed within 5-7 working days and non personalised products within 3-4 working days.
  • Processing time does not include delivery times.
  • Delivery times will depend on the option that you select at checkout. 
  • During busy periods (e.g. holidays), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 2-5 working days (depending on option selected at checkout) 
  • International: 7-10 working days 

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Tracking

  • Tracking is provided where available.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. 

5. Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, customs or high demand periods.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us, additional postage costs may apply to resend it.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
  • We will investigate with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • Claims for lost items must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

8. Damaged Items in Transit

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:
    • The item
    • The packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Customs & International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes or import duties.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
